We approach every staffing request as a joint effort. Architectural Personnel, Inc. partners with you in needs analysis to accurately design solutions. Our business process:
- We discuss in detail: budget, starting date, assignment length and scope, level of experience needed, company culture, responsibilities and duties of our Associate.
- After careful evaluation, we search our database of outstanding pre-screened candidates and provide our clients with available Associates whose abilities most closely match their specific need. Clients may choose from the resumes, or have us schedule interview with as many candidates as you wish.
- Once a candidate is selected, either for a temporary or temp-to-hire position, our Associate will work in your office and follow your company policies. Associates reside on Architectural Personnel, Inc. payroll and we cover all tax withholding, workman’s compensation and all benefits. Temporary Associates work is billed weekly from time sheets filled out by our Associates and signed by your company’s appropriate supervisor.
- Once a candidate is selected for direct hire, our direct hire agreement allows our clients to hire candidates immediately and will be billed at a pre-determined flat fee.
Architectural Personnel, Inc. utilizes a proven system to ensure that our Associates are the perfect match for your specific needs. Our Associates are:
- Interviewed in person by a registered practitioner in the architectural and engineering industry to determine specific skills, past employment history, salary requirements, geographical area, credentials, achievements and a thorough check of candidate references.
- In depth discussion of a candidates career goals and interests.
- Their work samples and portfolio’s are reviewed.
- Their CAD skills are tested in order to ascertain abilities and strengths.
